Water to fuel: best solution for Nepal

When I see an information, 'Run your car on water', I double click the link and read the information. Nepal is facing petro-fuel shortage and price hike problem almost every days. The vehicle queue to fill the tank is normal scene for Nepalese. Nepal has to import fossil fuels to run the vehicles and some industries. Though Nepal lacks fossil fuel reserves, water is available everywhere. Hence, if water can run vehicles, Nepal need to use such technologies and promote water as fuel source.

The technology discussed in the site states that it will reduce the fuel use by 40%. If it is true, when the cost of Petrol or diesel in Nepal (~Rs. 100) is reduced to Rs. 60, it will also help to reduce the transportation cost or fare by 40%. This amount can be used for other developmental activities in the country. I am not sure if this technology can be used for cooking purpose also though it should be possible by principle 'water to HHO gas which is flammable'.
