compare two word documents

Sometimes we save MS word files with different or similar names either in same or different folder. It may confuse you in keeping or deleting the right file. If you want to see what is the content difference in two files, here is an options.

1. Open both files in word program
2. Click 'windows' in the main menu
3. Click 'compare side by side...' sub menu
4. Check the content now line by line or page by page
