New versions of fake/ spam mails, beware!
I got an email recently and it looks like a good intention email or not a fake or spam email. However, the way how it has been sent and the information it is asking is suspicious. As far as I know, university and colleges has their own official websites and email address of the same website format email address. The email below has information on IHS, the Netherlands (www.ihs.nl) , the application form as an attachment but if we look closely the email, the person is sending email from gmail not of @ihs.nl address. Similarly, the person is asking to send application and other information to ihs.study5@gmail.com address where as the official email of admission office of the ihs is admission@ihs.nl. Another very important information to claim this email is fake is that the IHS has online application system but this email is asking to fill a form.
I am sharing this so that you might be aware not to send your personal information to unknown person thinking that you are applying for a study and might get scholarship for the study. Beware and check if you are sending your information to the right person while filling a form or sending your valuable information.

1. Filled Application form
2. Bachelor / Masters degree certificate
3. Bachelor / Masters degree transcripts
4. Letter of Reference
5. English Language Proof Letter from the University.
6. C.V.
7. Photograph
Awaiting your documents. Once you are admitted to IHS you can then start the procedure for the Netherlands Fellowship Programme.
